Major Accidents to the Environment by Principal Consultant at ASK, Ivan Vince, is reviewed in the December/January issue of TCE Today.
The book is a guide to dealing with environmental hazards and provides practical advice for environmental lawyers, risk assessors and operators of major hazard sites.
Writing in TCE Today, process safety expert Mark Hailwood said, "Most process safety publications address scenarios of fire, explosion and toxic release. Releases to water and soil, although recognised by the Seveso II Directive as major accidents, are not generally well understood and predictively investigated. Ivan Vince’s book fills this important gap."
