Energy monitoring service launches
So you've cut back on just about everything you can think of - staff, your marketing budget, paperclips - and you're still wondering how you're going to survive the economic downturn. What's left to cut? Christmas bonuses?
Here's an idea: how about cutting back on your energy consumption? It'll help you save money and the planet at the same time.
As it happens, we can help. ASK is just announcing the launch of its new energy monitoring and targeting service, XS detect.
Monitoring and Targeting is a cost-saving management technique designed to detect and diagnose excess use of energy, water and other resources. The techniques underlying XS detect are approved by the Carbon Trust.
XS detect delivers actionable energy-usage information through the analysis of accurate measurements. It enables diagnosis of the underlying causes of waste and provides solutions that can dramatically improve efficiency.
Crucially though, XS detect is a cost effective solution to reducing your energy usage. There's no capital investment, just a one-off set-up charge and a nominal cost for regular monitoring. And you don't have to do any of the analysis yourself - just send us the meter readings.
Developer of the XSDetect service, Vilnis Vesma, will be running an energy workshop in February, where he will be joined by ASK Principal Consultant Ivan Vince. For details of the workshop, which is aimed at energy managers, environmental managers, facilities managers and works engineers, see below.
